For those of you who didn't know, Garrett bought me a Longhorn bull (soon to be steer) for Christmas this year, and we finally brought him home to the Squat On This Ranch. It was not an easy move for GUS, he had strong doubts about leaving his mother behind.
But another resident of the Squat On This Ranch gave birth to a new baby bull calf, DEETS, shortly after Gus arrived, and they have become great friends.

I'm glad to see a new post. I think you did fail to mention you received livestock for Christmas, but Gus is precious...as is the other new arrival. Of course, I'm just anxiously awaiting more sonogram and belly pics!! Lots of love-Courtney
